See annab v\u00f5imaluse raudtee v\u00e4ljaehitusega alustada ka P\u00e4rnumaa l\u00f5igul, mille varasema planeeringu Riigikohus 2020. aastal osaliselt t\u00fchistas.\n            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section\n    class=\"py-5 md:py-10 align wp-block-textual-block\"\n>\n    <div\n        class=\"container\"\n    >\n        <div\n            class=\"textual w-full text-xl text-dark break-words [&#038;_span]:!text-dark [&#038;_a]:!text-dark\"\n        >\n                            <p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eRail Balticu raudtee on Eesti ja kogu Baltikumi jaoks strateegiliselt oluline taristuprojekt, mis loob kaasaegse ja keskkonnas\u00f5braliku transpordi\u00fchenduse Euroopa raudteev\u00f5rgustikuga, v\u00e4hendab maanteetranspordi koormust ning soodustab majandusarengut, olles samal ajal s\u00f5jalise liikuvuse selgroog NATO idatiival,\u201d \u00fctles majandus- ja t\u00f6\u00f6stusminister <strong>Erkki Keldo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRail Baltica arendamine liigub kindlalt edasi ning P\u00e4rnumaa trassi planeeringu kehtestamine koos edukate ehitushangete l\u00e4biviimisega on selle protsessi olulised verstapostid. Praegu valmistume alliansslepingute s\u00f5lmimiseks rahvusvaheliste konsortsiumitega, mille tulemusel on juba hiljemalt mais ehituslepingud s\u00f5lmitud peaaegu kogu Eesti p\u00f5hitrassi osas. Meie eesm\u00e4rk on avada Tallinn\u2013Varssavi kiirrongiliiklus aastal 2030,\u201c \u00fctles Rail Baltic Estonia juhatuse esimees <strong>Anvar Salomets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lisaks raudtee trassikoridorile n\u00e4hakse planeeringus ette uued kohalikud raudtee peatused Surjus ja Urissaares, et parandada elanike liikumisv\u00f5imalusi ning soodustada piirkonna sidusust.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kavandatud on ka juurdep\u00e4\u00e4suteed elukohtadele, p\u00f5llu- ja metsamaadele, et tagada kohalike elanike liikuvusv\u00f5imalused nii raudtee ehitus- kui ka kasutusperioodil.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Planeeringus kavandatud leevendusmeetmed tagavad, et olulised m\u00f5jud nii inimestele kui ka looduskeskkonnale oleksid v\u00f5imalikult minimaalsed. N\u00e4iteks on ette n\u00e4htud m\u00fcraleevendusvajadusega alad, et kaitsta nii inimeste tervist kui ka tundlikke looduskooslusi. M\u00fcrat\u00f5kke asukohad t\u00e4psustatakse projekteerimise k\u00e4igus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Luitemaa linnualale avalduvate leevendamatute oluliste ebasoodsate m\u00f5jude kompenseerimiseks on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tatud h\u00fcvitusmeetmed ja neid toetavad tegevused, et tagada Luitemaa linnualal eluj\u00f5uline metsiste populatsioon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eelmise P\u00e4rnumaa trassi planeeringu t\u00fchistas riigikohus 2020. aastal osaliselt l\u00f5ikudes, kus polnud piisavalt hinnatud kaasnevaid Rail Balticu m\u00f5ju trassi k\u00f5rvale j\u00e4\u00e4vale Luitemaa linnualale. Rail Balticu P\u00e4rnumaa uueks trassiks kaaluti kokku kuute alternatiivset lahendust, hinnates nende keskkonna- ja sotsiaalmajanduslikke m\u00f5jusid.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Rail Balticu maakonnaplaneeringuga on kavandatud:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rail Balticu 350 m laiune <strong>trassikoridor<\/strong>. Raudteemaa koos raudtee kaitsev\u00f6\u00f6ndiga on \u00fcldjuhul 66\u00a0m. Sellest 35\u202fm on taraga eraldatud raudteemaa koos elektrimastide, kraavide ja teenindusteedega. Raudtee t\u00e4pne asukoht selgub projekteerimisel\u200b.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Elanikele uued liikumisv\u00f5imalused \u2013 rongi kasutamiseks on kavandatud <strong>Surju ja Urissaare<\/strong> <strong>kohalikud peatused<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Rail Balticu raudteega seotud teedev\u00f5rgustik, et tagada <strong>juurdep\u00e4\u00e4steed<\/strong> elukohtadele, p\u00f5llu- ja metsamaadele nii ehitus- kui kasutusaegselt\u200b.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6koduktid koos kaitsev\u00f6\u00f6ndiga<\/strong> loomadele liikumisv\u00f5imaluste tagamiseks. Riigikohtu t\u00fchistatud Rail Balticu trassikoridoris n\u00e4hakse uuesti ette <strong>roheline<\/strong> <strong>v\u00f5rgustik<\/strong>, et s\u00e4ilitada looduslike elupaikade sidusus ja \u00f6kos\u00fcsteemide terviklikkus.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00fcraleevendusvajadusega alad<\/strong> nii inimeste kui tundliku looduse kaitseks. M\u00fcram\u00fc\u00fcride t\u00e4psed asukohad selguvad raudtee projekteerimisel\u200b.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leevendusmeetmed<\/strong> olulise m\u00f5ju minimeerimiseks looduskeskkonnale.
