Tai bus tolesni\u0173 \u201eRail Baltica\u201c \u012fgyvendinimo etap\u0173 pagrindas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRail Baltica\u201c projektavimo proces\u0105 sudaro trys etapai. Pirmasis \u2013 preliminaraus arba koncepcinio projektavimo etapas, kurio metu nustatomas pagrindinis greit\u0173j\u0173 gele\u017einkeli\u0173 linijos koridorius, parengiami pirminiai techniniai sprendimai ir atliekamas i\u0161samus poveikio aplinkai vertinimas. Antrajame, techninio projektavimo etape, d\u0117mesys skiriamas smulkiausioms detal\u0117ms, kurios sudaro pagrind\u0105 statybos darb\u0173 pirkimui.<\/p>\n<p>Galiausiai, tre\u010diajame etape rengiamas i\u0161samus darbo projektas. Dauguma objekt\u0173 (terminalai, technin\u0117s prie\u017ei\u016bros depai ir kt.) projektavimo darbai jau baigti, ta\u010diau P\u00e4rnu apskrityje rengiami darbo projektai ir poveikio aplinkai vertinimai.<\/p>\n<p>Latvijoje planuojama, kad statybos darbai u\u017e Rygos prasid\u0117s 2023 m., patvirtinus konkre\u010di\u0173 ruo\u017e\u0173 statybos projektus. \u0160iuo metu visoje gele\u017einkelio linijoje vyksta projektavimo darbai, kuriuos planuojama baigti iki 2024 m. pabaigos. Planuojama, kad pirmieji statybos darbai Latvijoje bus prad\u0117ti vadovaujantis statybos strategija prioritetine kryptimi nuo Rygos oro uosto iki Lietuvos sienos ir nuo Salaspilio intermodalinio krovini\u0173 terminalo Lietuvos link.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160iuo metu techni\u0161kai labiausiai parengta ir strategi\u0161kai reik\u0161minga atkarpa, siekiant kuo grei\u010diau sukurti jungt\u012f su Europa, yra \u0161i pietin\u0117 atkarpa Lietuvos link.
