<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kui varasemalt on Rail Baltica p\u00f5hitrassi ristumistest valminud Saku vallas asuv Saustin\u00f5mme viadukt, siis t\u00e4na j\u00f5udsid ehituslepinguni Kohila vallas asuvad Loone \u00f6kodukt ja K\u00fcnka tee viadukt ning Tagadi tee viadukt.<\/p>\n<p>Kahte esimest objekti hakkab ehitama AS YIT Eesti ning Tagadi tee viadukti AS TREV-2 Grupp. Loone \u00f6kodukti ja K\u00fcnka tee viadukti ehitamise kogumaksumus on 5,3 miljonit eurot. Tagadi tee viadukti ehitus l\u00e4heb maksma 2,3 miljonit eurot. Ehitust\u00f6\u00f6dega loodetakse alustada l\u00e4hema kuu aja jooksul.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAlgatasime eelmise aasta l\u00f5pus Rail Baltica ristumiste ehitust\u00f6\u00f6de hankimiseks d\u00fcnaamilise hankes\u00fcsteemi, mille abil ostame valdava osa viaduktide ja \u00f6koduktide ehitamise. Ehitusettv\u00f5tted on reageerinud meie hangetele aktiivselt ning konkurents on olnud siiani tihe. Tahame sel aastal s\u00f5lmida ehituslepingud veel v\u00e4hemalt kolme ristumise ehitamiseks ning algatada j\u00e4rgmiste objektide ehitushanked,\u201c lausus Rail Baltic Estonia juhatuse esimees <strong>T\u00f5nu Gr\u00fcnberg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tema s\u00f5nul n\u00e4itavad esimesed s\u00f5lmitud ehituslepingud ilmekalt, et Eesti oma ehitusettev\u00f5tted on Rail Baltica projekti realiseerimiseks v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti valmistunud.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRail Baltica erinevate objektide ja loodetavasti peatselt ka p\u00f5hitrassi ehitus hakkab kindlasti l\u00e4hiaastate Eesti taristuehituse turul tooni andma,\u201d lausus TREV-2 Grupi juhatuse esimees <strong>Sven Pertens<\/strong>. \u201c\u00dcheltpoolt seab see nii riigi ehk tellija kui turuosaliste ette omajagu v\u00e4ljakutseid, kuid targalt planeerides on see omakorda hea v\u00f5imalus Eesti ettev\u00f5tetele nii turu \u00fcldmahu kui ka insenertehnilise kompetentsi arengu seisukohalt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>AS YIT Eesti juhatuse liikme <strong>Margus P\u00f5im<\/strong>i s\u00f5nul on ettev\u00f5tte meeskond v\u00e4ga r\u00f5\u00f5mus, et saab anda oma kaaluka panuse Rail Baltica trassi rajamisse. See projekt kuulub meie selle k\u00fcmnendi ambitsioonikamate ja vastutusrikkamate taristuprojektide hulka. Meie tipptegijatest koosnev meeskond on j\u00e4tkuvalt parimas vormis, ja meie eesm\u00e4rk on tagada Loone \u00f6kodukti ja K\u00fcnka tee viadukti ehitust\u00f6\u00f6de \u00f5igeaegne ja kvaliteetne elluviimine, ning pingutame selle nimel, et saaksime kaasa l\u00fc\u00fca ka j\u00e4rgmistes Rail Baltica hangetes. Nii raudtee enda kui ulukite turvalisuse huvides paigaldatakse \u00f6kodukti \u00e4\u00e4rtesse puidust piirded. 2,6-2,8 meetri k\u00f5rgused piirded aitavad summutada m\u00fcra, varjavad rongitulesid ja sulatavad loomade \u00fclek\u00e4igu kokku \u00fcmbritseva loodusega. \u00d6koduktile istutatakse puud ning luuakse taimestiku kooslus, mis on omane sealsele piirkonnale ning harjumusp\u00e4rane piirkonnas esinevatele loomadele.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fcnka tee viadukt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kohila vallale kuuluv K\u00fcnka tee asub Loone k\u00fclas ning k\u00fclgneb vahetult p\u00f5llu- ja metsamassiividega. Tee \u00fchendab Tallinn-Rapla-T\u00fcri maanteed v\u00e4iksemate kohalike teedega. K\u00fcnka tee viadukt v\u00f5imaldab kohalikul elanikkonnal liikuda \u00fcle raudtee ning s\u00e4ilitab olemasolevad \u00fchendused. Sarnaselt Tagadi tee viaduktiga (asub Urge k\u00fclas), on ka K\u00fcnka tee viadukt raudbetoonist konstruktsiooniga. Projekteeritud viadukti kogupikkuseks on veidi \u00fcle 53 m ning laiuseks 9,4 m. Viaduktil on tagatud kaks 3,5 m laiust asfaltkattega s\u00f5idurada ning 1,3 m laiused piiretega eraldatud hooldusalad viadukti \u00e4\u00e4rtes. Viadukti servades on ette n\u00e4htud kaitsepiirded. Vahetult raudteeliini kohale paigaldatakse k\u00f5rgem vandalismikindel tara. K\u00fcnka tee ehitust\u00f6\u00f6de k\u00e4igus t\u00f5stetakse \u00fcmber olemasolevaid tehnov\u00f5rke ning rajatakse raudtee juurdep\u00e4\u00e4su- ja hooldusteede mahas\u00f5idud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tagadi tee viadukt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tagadi tee \u00fchendab omavahel Tallinn-Rapla-T\u00fcri maanteed ning Kurtna k\u00fcla ja Kohila alevit. Tagadi tee viadukt v\u00f5imaldab liiklusel \u00fcle raudtee liikuda ning s\u00e4ilitada olemasolevad \u00fchendused. Tagadi viadukti puhul on tegemist tervikliku betoonist konstruktsiooniga, mille kogupikkus on 75m. Viadukti kogulaius on 9,4m, tagades kaks 3,5m laiust s\u00f5idurada ning m\u00f5lemal pool s\u00f5iduteed on 1,2m laiused piiretega eraldatud hooldusalad. Viadukti servades paikneb kaitsepiire. Projekti raames ehitatakse \u00fcmber piirkonda j\u00e4\u00e4vad maaparanduss\u00fcsteemid (kraavid, truubid). Rajatakse tulevase raudtee juurdep\u00e4\u00e4su- ja hooldusteede mahas\u00f5idud. P\u00e4rast viadukti ehitamist ning samaaegselt raudtee ehitusega rajatakse viadukti alla haljastatud loomarajad.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kohalike elanike jaoks on kahtlemata oluline, mis saab ehituse ajal vallateedest, kuidas k\u00e4ib nende seisukorra taastamine ja tagatakse ligip\u00e4\u00e4s ehituse ajal. Sellega seoses kohtusid Rail Baltic Estonia esindajad juba aprillis Kohila ja Rapla vallavalitsusega, kus lepiti kokku, milliseid vallateid on esimeste rajatiste ehitamiseks vajalike ehitusmaterjalide transpordiks v\u00f5imalik kasutada. Et Rail Baltica ehituse ajal veoteed s\u00e4iliksid, tuleb ehitajatel lisaks uute rajatiste ehitamisel s\u00e4ilitada ka olemasolevate teede seisukord.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ehitaja peab arvestama olemasolevate kruus- ja freespurukattega veoteede eelneva parendustegevusega.
