Seega on 2015. aastal valminud Kaunase \u00fchendveoterminalist saanud Euroopa raudtees\u00fcsteemi k\u00f5ige kirdepoolseim punkt, kuhu saab Euroopa standardveeremiga peale Rail Baltica Kaunas\u2013Palemonase raudteel\u00f5igu k\u00f5igi t\u00f6\u00f6de l\u00f5petamist. Kasutades Rail Baltica projekti parameetreid Poola\u2013Leedu piiri ja Kaunase vahelisel raudteel, v\u00f5imaldab see alustada kaubavedusid enne Rail Baltica infrastruktuuri t\u00e4ielikku valmimist.\n            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section\n    class=\"py-5 md:py-10 align wp-block-textual-block\"\n>\n    <div\n        class=\"container\"\n    >\n        <div\n            class=\"textual w-full text-xl text-dark break-words [&#038;_span]:!text-dark [&#038;_a]:!text-dark\"\n        >\n                            <p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rail Baltica arendab kaubavedusid mitte ainult majandusliku, vaid ka keskkonnaalase kasu nimel, sest\u00a0 raudteetranspordi arendamine ja j\u00e4rkj\u00e4rguline \u00fcleminek j\u00e4tkusuutlikule ringmajandusele v\u00e4hendab oluliselt keskkonnareostust, mis annab panuse Euroopa rohelise kokkuleppe strateegiasse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOlen rahul kolleegide professionaalsusega. Kahtlemata h\u00f5lbustab selle projektiga saadud kogemus Rail Baltica edasist ehitamist. Samuti kutsun tungivalt k\u00f5iki Leedu ja Balti piirkonna ettev\u00f5tjaid aktiivselt osalema avalikes hangetes, mida tuleb \u00fcha juurde,\u201d \u00fctles LTG Infra tegevjuht Karolis Sankovskis.<\/p>\n<p>Ta m\u00e4rkis, et projekt on 85% ulatuses rahastatud ELi struktuurifondidest. ELi institutsioonide j\u00e4tkuv toetus projektile n\u00e4itab, et Rail Baltica on rohkem kui raudteeinfrastruktuur \u2013 see on majanduskoridor, mis edendab piirkondlikke \u00fchendusi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKaubavedude avamine l\u00e4bi vastvalminud Euroopa standardlaiusega varustatud Kaunase \u00fchendveoterminali v\u00f5imaldab kapitaliseerida Poola\u2013Leedu piiri vahelist l\u00f5iku ja alustada esialgseid kaubavedusid isegi enne Rail Baltica globaalse projekti raudtee valmimist. Kaubaveoteenuse avamine standarm\u00f5\u00f5dus raudteel kuni Kaunase \u00fchendveoterminalini h\u00f5lbustab meil kaubavedude logistika pikaajalise arendamise esialgse \u00e4ritegevuse v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tamist kogu Rail Baltica koridori \u00e4\u00e4res. Hiljuti algas Rail Baltica rahuvsvahelise raudteejaama ehitamine Riia rahvusvahelises lennujaamas, lisaks on l\u00f5ppj\u00e4rgus P\u00e4rnu ja \u00dclmiste rahvusvaheliste jaamade projekteerimine ning peagi algavad ehitust\u00f6\u00f6d. \u00dcle 640 km raudteeliinist on projekteerimisel, arendamisel on raudtee s\u00fcsteemid ning j\u00e4tkuvad raudtee ehitamiseks vajalikud hanked, seega on mul hea meel, et juba sel aastal saame v\u00e4lja kuulutada Kaunase ja Poola\u2013Leedu piiri ning Kaunas\u2013Vilnius vaheliste l\u00f5ikude projekteerimishanked,\u201d \u00fctles Rail Baltica \u00fchisettev\u00f5tte RB Rail ASi tegevjuht ja juhatuse esimees Agnis Driksna. \u201eT\u00e4na on Balti riikide jaoks t\u00e4htis p\u00e4ev ja konkreetne t\u00f5estus v\u00f5imalikest saavutustest
