Tiimi kuuluvad eksperdid eri valdkondadest, nt konstruktorid, keskkonnaeksperdid, raudteeinsenerid, arhitektid, geoloogid ja geotehnilised eksperdid, h\u00fcdraulika- ja drenaa\u017eiinsenerid, BIM-koordinaatorid ja BIM-mudeldajad.<\/p>\n<p>Meeskonna suurus s\u00f5ltub projekti vajadustest erinevates etappides, kuid v\u00f5ime \u00f6elda, et Prointeci esindustes Hispaanias on 20\u201330 inimest ja sama palju inimesi t\u00f6\u00f6tab projekti jaoks ka Obermeyeri b\u00fcroodes. Kui palju see m\u00f5jutab projekteerimist\u00f6id?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eesti on v\u00e4ga rikas riik oma loomastiku ja loodusega ning selle keskkonna austamine, kaitse ja integreerimine on m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rne osa meie projekteerimist\u00f6\u00f6st. See ei ole ainult maastiku k\u00fcsimus, vaid v\u00e4hem saastavate tehnoloogiate kasutamine CO<sub>2<\/sub> heitkoguste v\u00e4hendamiseks, elanikkonna, asulate ja erinevate \u00f6kos\u00fcsteemide h\u00e4irimise v\u00e4ltimine, loodava infrastruktuuri l\u00e4bilaskvuse v\u00f5imalused inimestele ja loomastikule, erinevate alade taastamine. K\u00f5ige sellega oleme oma projektis arvestanud kohe esimestest etappidest alates. Tegemist on v\u00e4ga mahuka osaga projektist, kus erinevad valdkonnad peavad koost\u00f6\u00f6d tegema, et rajatav projekt parimal moel keskkonda integreerida. Loomulikult vajavad k\u00f5ik erakordsed keskkonna aspektid (Natura 2000 v\u00f5rgustik, kaitsealad, m\u00e4rgalad jne) erilist k\u00e4sitlust ning seda tehaksegi, kuid projekteerijate jaoks on see juba osa eelpool r\u00e4\u00e4gitud t\u00f6\u00f6 osa.<\/p>\n<p>Oleme v\u00f5tnud endale kohustuse kaitsta keskkonda vastavalt Eesti ja ELi m\u00e4\u00e4rustele. Tuginedes keskkonnam\u00f5ju hindamisele ja muudele asjakohastele keskkonnauuringutele, m\u00e4\u00e4ratleme j\u00e4tkusuutlikud lahendused keskkonnale, m\u00e4\u00e4ratledes asjakohased leevendus- ja kompenseerimismeetmed v\u00f5imalike m\u00f5jude puhul.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5tame arvesse ka kohalikke n\u00f5udmisi. Selles kontekstis, ja kuna seda oli oodata, v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et Natura2000 alasid ja muid kaitsealasid uuritakse hoolikalt raudtee paiknemise kavandamisel ja ka projekti k\u00f5ikide teiste etappide jooksul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised on olnud v\u00e4ljakutsed P\u00e4rnu l\u00f5igul?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siin on mitmeid kohti, mis esitavad t\u00f5elise v\u00e4ljakutse tehniliselt poolelt, nagu P\u00e4rnu j\u00f5e sild, mis on P\u00e4rnu linna ja nende k\u00fclastajate jaoks oluline objekt ja n\u00e4htav maam\u00e4rk. Samuti R\u00e4\u00e4ma raba ala, mille pinnasetingimustest l\u00e4htuvalt tuleb selles l\u00f5igus projekteerida erilahendus. Lisaks raudtee lahendused P\u00e4rnu rahvusvahelises reisijaamas ja P\u00e4rnu kaubajaamas, kus on tulnud parandada ja optimeerida tehnilist lahendust, v\u00f5tmaks arvesse kohalikke keskkonnapiiranguid ja saavutada parim kiiruse ja mugavuse tasakaal. Keskkonna seisukohast oleme hinnanud kaitstavaid elupaiku ja Natura2000 alasid, mis asuvad meie projekti l\u00e4heduses ning neid on v\u00f5etud arvesse projekteerimise erinevates etappides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teie osa projektist l\u00f5ppeb L\u00e4ti piiril, ent Rail Baltic j\u00e4tkub sealt edasi. Kuidas toimub piiril \u00fcleminek? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teeme koost\u00f6\u00f6d k\u00f5igi osapooltega, kes on seotud piiril oleva projekti l\u00f5iguga. Meil on olnud kohtumised L\u00e4ti poole projekteerijaga, et koordineerida omavahel tehnilisi lahendusi, mis on tavap\u00e4rane tegevus sellistes projektides. Tegevused on p\u00f5hjalikult l\u00e4bi arutatud k\u00f5igi osapooltega, et tagada projektide koordineeritus ja seda eriti tehnilistes aspektides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00f5rreldes teiste projektidega, mis teeb selle projekti teistsuguseks?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minu arvates on v\u00f5imalus olla osa megaprojektist, mis \u00fchendab Balti riike Poola ja Soomega, ning aidata kaasa riikide vahelise l\u00e4heduse suurendamisele oma kogemuste kaudu, t\u00f5eliselt eriline motivatsiooniallikas.<\/p>\n<p>Sellel l\u00f5igul on aspekte, mis muudavad selle t\u00f5eliseks v\u00e4ljakutseks inseneridele. Esiteks l\u00f5igu pikkus \u2013 94 km. V\u00f5rreldes tavap\u00e4raste kiirraudtee projektidega on see pikk l\u00f5ik, eriti veel olukorras, kus juba kohe esimestest projekteerimis etappidest alates viiakse projekteerimine l\u00e4bi BIM-is, mis on kindlasti veel \u00fcks selle projekti tunnusm\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n<p>Teiseks projekteerimise kolm erinevat etappi, mis tuleb valmis saada pingelise ajakava j\u00e4rgi (igal projekteerimisetapil on oma eesm\u00e4rgid projekteerimise osas ja oma detailsuse tase h\u00f5lmates ka laialdasi uuringuid erinevates etappides).<\/p>\n<p>Kolmandaks, projekti arendamise riigi eritingimused: ilmastikutingimused \u2013 alati on vajalik, et meil oleks uuringute l\u00e4biviimiseks ka plaan B (\u2026 ja m\u00f5nikord isegi plaan C), riigi suurus \u2013 v\u00e4ga spetsiifiliste \u00fclesannete t\u00e4itmiseks on tihti vajalik kohalike spetsialistide leidmine kuna neid ei ole v\u00e4ga palju ja nad on tihti h\u00f5ivatud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wI3X1IiyEyk\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuidas kirjeldaksite oma koost\u00f6\u00f6 kogemusi kohalike partneritega Baltimaades? Kust ja kuidas leida kohalikku talente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oleme meeskonda saanud laia valiku professionaale, kes on omavad tehnoloogilisi teadmisi ja oskusi ning on projektile p\u00fchendunud. Meie kohalikud t\u00f6\u00f6tajad, kelleks on insenerid, tehnikud ja assistendid, teevad suurep\u00e4rast t\u00f6\u00f6d. Oleme nad leidnud turgu uurides ning uurides nende oskusi ja kogemusi. Alguses \u00f6eldi, et eestlased v\u00f5ivad olla eemale hoidvad, ent neid tundma \u00f5ppides on selge, et tegemist on pigem stereot\u00fc\u00fcbi kui reaalsusega. Hispaaniast tulles v\u00f5ib arvata, et erinevused professionaalide vahel on suuremad, kuid tegelikkuses seda ei ole: \u201einsenerimaailmas\u201d oleme harjunud silmitsi seisma samade v\u00e4ljakutsetega ja loomulikult on meil m\u00f5ned erinevused, kuid mitte nii palju, kui arvatakse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millised on olnud selle projektiga seotud \u00f5nnestumised?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isegi kui arvestada, et oleme selle projektiga t\u00f6\u00f6tanud veidi \u00fcle aasta ning meie meeskond on selle l\u00f5igu kolmest alaml\u00f5igust kahes valmis saanud eelprojekti edasiarenduse, on siiski vara veel r\u00e4\u00e4kida edusammudest.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6 projektiga on iga p\u00e4ev t\u00e4is v\u00e4ljakutseid ja meie meeskonnad peavad leidma \u00f5ige tasakaalu, et projekteerida lahendusi, mis vastavad k\u00f5igile standarditele, v\u00f5ttes arvesse keskkonnapiiranguid ja samal ajal juhtides ja kontrollides v\u00f5imalikke riske. Selleks peame m\u00f5nikord v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tama erilahendusi, et saavutada eesm\u00e4rke, n\u00e4iteks geotehniliste uuringud R\u00e4\u00e4ma rabas, mis viidi edukalt l\u00f5pule p\u00e4rast mitme metoodika uurimist. V\u00f5i siis geotehnilised uuringud P\u00e4rnu j\u00f5es, mis viidi l\u00e4bi olemasoleva vana raudteesilla pealt (\u00fche meie geoloogi idee).<\/p>\n<p>Projekteerimise seisukohalt oleme \u00fcsna edukad olnud t\u00e4htaegadest kinni pidamises ning t\u00f6\u00f6 kvaliteedi tagamisel ehk v\u00f5ime algust edukaks pidada, ent tegelikult on veel pikk tee minna.<\/p>\n<p>Ma arvan, et veel \u00fcks positiivne tegur, mida tasub m\u00e4rkida, on projekti jaoks kokku pandud rahvusvahelise meeskond, kes on oma tegemistes v\u00e4ga professionaalne h\u00f5lmates ka kohalike partnereid, kelledest sooviks siin kohal nimetada Skepast &amp; Puhkim O\u00dc, ELLE O\u00dc, Reaalprojekt O\u00dc ja Roadplan O\u00dc. Samuti tahan siin kohal veel \u00e4ra mainida ka meie tellija RB Rail ASi, kelle juhtkond on toetav ning juhib projekti hoolikalt ja praktilise meelega.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millist n\u00f5u annaksite ettev\u00f5tetele, kes plaanivad projektiga liituda ja pakkumistes osaleda?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esiteks, kindlasti peavad teil olema kohalikud partnerid, kuna nemad teavad k\u00f5ige paremini kohalike olusid ja seega paraneb oluliselt nii projekteerimist\u00f6\u00f6de kvaliteet ja ajagraafik. Teiseks, kindlasti teha hea eeluuring kohapealsetest tingimustest ja keskkonnast.
