Eesti arengutega olete h\u00e4sti kursis, vaatame siis, mida on L\u00e4tis ja Leedus saavutatud aastal 2020.\n            <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section\n    class=\"py-5 md:py-10 align wp-block-textual-block\"\n>\n    <div\n        class=\"container\"\n    >\n        <div\n            class=\"textual w-full text-xl text-dark break-words [&#038;_span]:!text-dark [&#038;_a]:!text-dark\"\n        >\n                            <p>Enne j\u00f5ule RAIT Faktum &amp; Ariko poolt l\u00e4bi viidud arvamusuuring kinnitab, et Eesti inimeste toetus Rail Baltica raudtee projektile on j\u00e4tkuvalt k\u00f5rge, ulatudes 60 protsendini. K\u00fcsitletutest 82 protsenti on seisukohal, et kohalik rongiliiklus t\u00f5stab Rail Baltica regionaalset v\u00e4\u00e4rtust ja kaks kolmandikku saavad aru projekti positiivsest m\u00f5just keskkonnale. Ait\u00e4h teile selle eest! Ka L\u00e4tis ja Leedus on Rail Baltica projektile rahva toetus k\u00f5rge ja arusaamine selle sotsiaalmajanduslikust tasuvusest tugev.<\/p>\n<p>Sarnaselt Eestile ja Leedule alustati ka L\u00e4tis sel aastal reaalseid ehitustegevusi Rail Baltica raudtee tarbeks. Kui Eestis on valmimas esimene maanteeviadukt Tallinna ringteel Saustin\u00f5mme kandis ja Leedus toimub ehitus Kaunase ringraudtee \u00fcmberehitamiseks, siis L\u00e4tis alustati 17. novembril Riia keskjaamas raudtee juhtimiss\u00fcsteemide \u00fcmberehitust\u00f6\u00f6dega. V\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et Rail Baltica ehitus k\u00e4ib k\u00f5igis kolmes riigis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raudteeliini projekteerimine k\u00e4ib ja hankeid tuleb j\u00e4rjest juurde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raudteeliini projekteerimine toimub nii Eestis kui L\u00e4tis terve raudteeliini ulatuses. Leedus on veel kaks l\u00f5iku, Kaunas kuni Leedu-Poola riigipiir ja Kaunas kuni Vilnius, kus viiakse l\u00e4bi eriplaneeringu protseduuri, mille j\u00e4rel alustatakse eelprojekti koostamist. Vaatamata sellele v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et Leedu on esimene riik, kus\u00a0 raudteeliini ehitamiseks on hanked v\u00e4lja kuulutatud. Neli kahe-etapilist d\u00fcnaamilist ehitushanget on v\u00e4lja kuulutatud Kaunasest Leedu \u2013 L\u00e4ti riigipiirile suunduvale raudteeliini muldkehale ja ehitistele, Nerise j\u00f5e sillale (mis on projekti pikim sild), raudteele ning juurdep\u00e4\u00e4suteedele. Esimese kvalifikatsioonifaasi l\u00e4bis Leedus kokku 25 ettev\u00f5tet, k\u00f5igil neil on v\u00f5imalus n\u00fc\u00fcd osaleda teises etapis ja teha oma pakkumised vastavalt valitud hankele.<\/p>\n<p>Maade ostmisega ollakse samuti Leedus esireas, sest Kaunasest \u00fcles L\u00e4ti piirini on Leedu riik v\u00e4lja ostnud kogu raudteekoridori, mille eelplaneering on paika pannud. K\u00f5ige suurema v\u00e4ljakutse muidugi esitab sellel plaanile Daugava j\u00f5ele uue silla ehitamine. Samuti on l\u00f5ppenud hange Riia lennujaama juurde tuleva rahvusvahelise raudteevaksali ehitamiseks. Projekteerimise teostas sellele jaamale Itaalia, Slovakkia ja L\u00e4ti ettev\u00f5tete konsortsium\u00a0 PROSIV ((Sintagma (ITA), Prodex (SVK), Vektors T (LVA)). \u00a0Ehituse teostab konsortsium B.S.L. Infra, kuhu kuuluvad Austria ettev\u00f5te Swietelsky AG ning L\u00e4ti ehitusettev\u00f5tted SIA Binders ja AS LNK Industries.<\/p>\n<p>Leedus teostab Vilniuse linnavalitsus koos Leedu raudteega uuringut kuidas kaasajastada Vilniuse keskvaksalit. Rahvusvahelistest jaamadest Leedus Paneve\u017eyses on jaama planeering algatamisel, Kaunase jaama osas tegevusi veel ei toimu. Kohalikke jaamu on L\u00e4tis planeeritud kokku 16 ja Leedus 11, Eestis on see arv 12. Iga riik l\u00e4heneb kohalikele jaamadele individuaalselt, kuid on selge, et Rail Baltica hakkab tulevikus lisaks kiirele rahvusvahelisele rongiteenusele pakkuma ka kiiret kohalikku rongi\u00fchendust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaubajaamade edenemine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kaubajaamade osas on Leedu viinud 1435 mm r\u00f6\u00f6pmelaiusega raudtee Kaunase olemasolevasse kaubaterminali, L\u00e4tis on projekteerimise hange v\u00e4lja kuulutatud Salaspilsi kaubajaama projekteerimiseks. Eestis on Muuga ja P\u00e4rnu kaubajaamade projekteerimine juba k\u00e4imas. Infrastruktuuri hooldusjaamade asukohas L\u00e4tis on hetkel v\u00e4ljaselgitamisel, k\u00f5igi eelduste kohaselt saavad need olema Skultes ja Iecavas. Veeremi hooldusjaam on esialgu planeeritud Jaunmarupe asulasse, samal ajal on Eestis veeremidepoo projekteerimisega juba alustatud. Euroopa fondide kaasabil on Poola riik kaasajastamas olemasolevat raudteed ja t\u00f5stab kaubarongide liikumiskiiruse samale tasemele Rail Baltica trassiga 120 km\/h, reisirongide kiiruseks Poolas planeeritakse 200 km\/h (meil saab maksimumkiirus olema 234km \/h, projekteerimiskiirus 249 km\/h).<\/p>\n<p>367 kilomeetrisest Rail Balticat h\u00f5lmavast raudteest Poolas on 102 kilomeetrit Warssavist kuni Czyzewni valmis. J\u00e4rgmise 71 km pikkuse l\u00f5igu Czyzew-Bialystoc ehitamise tarbeks s\u00f5lmiti 2020 juunis 753 miljonit EUR maksev leping Poola Hiina konsortsiumiga (Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Us\u0142ug Technicznych Intercor Sp.\u00a0z o. o. (Poola), Stecol Corporation (Hiina) ja Sinohydro Corporation Limited (Hiina)). Projekteerimist\u00f6\u00f6d on l\u00f5pusirgel ja taotlused ehituslubade tarbeks t\u00f6\u00f6s ka Bialystok-Elk 100 km l\u00f5igul, viimase 94 km osas Elk \u2013 Trakiszki ehk Leedu piirini on uuringud maakonnaplaneeringute tarbeks k\u00e4imas.<\/p>\n<p>Helsinki Tallinna tunneli projekti edasi l\u00fckkamisega on Soome n\u00e4iliselt Rail Baltica projektist eemal. Tegelikult on just Soome ettev\u00f5te t\u00fctarettev\u00f5te YIT Eesti see, kes l\u00f5petab esimese ehitusobjekti Rail Baltica trassil, Saustin\u00f5mme maanteeviadukti. Samuti kinnitavad kohtumised Soome ettev\u00f5tjatega, et nad ootavad raudtee valmimist, et siis kiiremini oma kaupasid mandri Euroopasse saata v\u00f5i sealt l\u00e4bi Muuga sadama Hesinkisse tuua. Soome ettev\u00f5tjad soovivad Rail Baltica abil oma \u00e4\u00e4remaa staatust leevendada.
