v\u00e4ljuma hinnanguliselt neli korda p\u00e4evas. Eelduste kohaselt kasvab p\u00e4evaste v\u00e4ljumiste arv m\u00f5lemal suunal k\u00fcmne tegutsemisaasta v\u00e4ltel kuni kuue v\u00e4ljumiseni p\u00e4eva kohta. Lisaks s\u00f5idab Vilnius-Kaunas-Varssavi liinil kuni k\u00fcmme rongi p\u00e4evas. V\u00f5ttes kokku eelmainitu hakkaks Rail Baltica pakkuma kiiret raudtee\u00fchendust Balti riikide pealinnade vahele kurseerima plaanitud rongidega ja tehes seda iga kahe tunni tagant.<\/p>\n<p>Lisaks p\u00e4evastele reisirongidele sisaldab projekts\u00f5iduplaan ka kahte \u00f6\u00f6rongi liinidel Tallinn-Riia-Kaunas-Varssavi-Berliin ning Vilnius-Kaunas-Varssavi-Berliin. Sel viisil tekib reisijatel v\u00f5imalus kasutada \u00f6ist uneaega liikumiseks ja j\u00f5uda rongiga juba j\u00e4rgmisel hommikul kaugematesse sihtkohtadesse Euroopas.<\/p>\n<p>Samuti on reisijatel v\u00f5imalik s\u00f5ita Riia Keskraudteejaamast Riia rahvusvahelisse lennujaama ligikaudu 10 minutiga. Seejuures on minimaalseks v\u00e4ljumiste sageduseks \u00fcks rong iga poole tunni j\u00e4rel.<\/p>\n<p>Kiirrongide v\u00e4ljumissagedus p\u00f5hineb eeldataval reisijate n\u00f5udlusel, mida v\u00f5eti arvesse Rail Baltica liiklusgraafiku koostamisel aastateks 2026-2056. Kava on koostatud konsortsiumi poolt, kuhu kuulusid Saksamaa ettev\u00f5tted ETC Gauff Mobility GmbH ja Institut f\u00fcr Bahntechnik GmbH ning Taani konsulteerimisfirma COWI A\/S. Liiklusgraafiku koostamisel kasutati integreeritud l\u00e4henemist, mille puhul l\u00e4htuti rongide ajagraafiku v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tamisel turun\u00f5udlusest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eLiiklusgraafik annab selge indikatsiooni pikema perioodi kohta ehk sellest, kuidas Rail Baltica taristu v\u00f5imaldab ka pikas perspektiivis vastata erinevat t\u00fc\u00fcpi rongiteenuste n\u00f5udlusele turul. \u00dchtlasi on see aluseks sellele, et Rail Baltica r\u00f6\u00f6basteed leiaksid alates esimesest p\u00e4evast v\u00f5imalikult efektiivset rakendamist. Rongide hinnanguline teljekoormus on seejuures kuni 25 tonni ja pikkus kuni 1050 meetrit. Kaubaveo h\u00f5lbustamiseks Rail Baltica trassil luuakse kolm suuremam\u00f5\u00f5dulist multimodaalset kaubaterminali \u2013 Eestis Muugale, L\u00e4tis Salaspilsi ning Leedus Palemonasesse.<\/p>\n<p>Kava kohaselt saab kuni 80% Rail Baltica trassil liikuvates kaubarongidest olema multimodaalset t\u00fc\u00fcpi. See t\u00e4hendab, et transporditavat kaupa saab h\u00f5lpsalt liigutada maanteedelt raudteele, v\u00e4hendades oluliselt \u00f5hu saastumist ja liiklusummikuid. Lisaks tekib v\u00f5imalus suurendada m\u00e4rgatavalt \u00fcldist liiklusohutust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siseriiklikud rongid ja rongiliiklus naaberriikidesse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liiklusgraafiku v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tamise raames lisati uue m\u00f5\u00f5tmena graafikusse lisaks teistele rongit\u00fc\u00fcpidele regionaalsed reisirongid ja t\u00f6\u00f6 tulemusena on v\u00e4lja toodud regionaalse rongiliikluse arendamise potentsiaal k\u00f5igis kolmes Balti riigis. See t\u00e4hendab, et Rail Baltica raudteed saab lisaks rahvusvahelisele rongiliiklusele kasutada ka regionaalsete rongi\u00fchenduste pakkumiseks, tuues seel\u00e4bi kiire (Rail Baltica maksimaalseks regionaalrongi kiiruseks plaanitakse 200 km\/h) ja puhta transpordiviisi erinevatesse piirkondadesse terve Rail Baltica koridori ulatuses.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4iteks tuleb t\u00f6\u00f6st v\u00e4lja arvestatav n\u00f5udlus regionaalrongiteenuse j\u00e4rele l\u00f5ikudel: Bauskast Riiga, Salacgrivast Riiga, P\u00e4rnust Tallinnasse ning Marijampolest l\u00e4bi Kaunase Vilniusesse. \u00dchtlasi toob liiklusgraafik uue m\u00f5\u00f5tmena v\u00e4lja v\u00f5imaluse reisida sama regionaalrongiga ilma rongi vahetamata naaberriikides asuvate sihtkohtade vahel, n\u00e4iteks Marijampolest Riiga v\u00f5i Tallinnast Riia lennujaama. Regionaalse rongiliikluse rajamise v\u00f5imalusi Rail Baltica raudteele arutatakse \u00fcksikasjalikumalt edasisel koost\u00f6\u00f6l Balti riikide transpordiministrite ja kohalike omavalitsustega. Oluline on m\u00e4rkida, et regionaalse rongiliikluse toomine Rail Baltiga raudteele n\u00f5uab t\u00e4iendavaid uuringuid ja valitsuste otsuseid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e4hemalt liiklusgraafikust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liiklusgraafik on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tatud tuginedes laiap\u00f5hjalistele uuringutele, milles on anal\u00fc\u00fcsitud nii reisijate- kui kaubaveo n\u00f5udlust Rail Baltica raudteekoridoris. Andmete p\u00f5hjaliku anal\u00fc\u00fcsimise tulemusena on koostatud s\u00f5iduplaanid ja m\u00e4\u00e4ratletud taristule liikuma kavandatud rongit\u00fc\u00fcbid. Lisaks kirjeldab uuring kasutatavat veeremit, m\u00e4rgib soovituslikud asukohad taristu ja veeremi hooldusrajatistele ning sisaldab plaani r\u00f6\u00f6basteede plaanitud konfiguratsioonist.
