konsultatsioonifirma Egis Rail S.A. lepingu, mille sisuks oli teostada uuring, kuidas parendada \u00fchenduvust ning liikumismugavust Tallinna Vanasadama ja Rail Baltica tulevase \u00dclemiste reisiterminali vahel. Erinevate kompetentside kokku toomine aitab parimal v\u00f5imalikul viisil muuta liikumine Tallinnas nii Eesti elanike kui turistide jaoks mugavamaks,\u201d \u00fctleb tellitud uuringu eestvedaja Karmo K\u00f5rvek.<\/p>\n<p>Uuringu raames koostati kolm v\u00f5rdlusanal\u00fc\u00fcsi, mille tulemusena selgus t\u00f5husaim lahendus. Teostatavus- ja tasuvusanal\u00fc\u00fcsis k\u00f5rvutati trammiv\u00f5rgu arendamist Tartu maanteelt D-terminalini ning sealt edasi olemasoleva Kanuti peatuseni Mere puiesteel. Samuti raudtee pikendamist Balti jaamast A-terminalini ja tunnelit \u00dclemiste reisiterminalist Liivalaia t\u00e4navale ning sealt D-terminalini. \u201cL\u00e4htuvalt tehnilistest ja majanduslikest aspektidest ning v\u00f5ttes arvesse kasutatavust, kiirust, investeeringute suurust, hoolduskulusid ja muid kaasnevaid aspekte, osutus t\u00f5husaimaks variandiks olemasoleva Tallinna trammiv\u00f5rgu laiendamine ning efektiivistamine,\u201d s\u00f5nab K\u00f5rvek. T\u00e4psemalt n\u00e4eb anal\u00fc\u00fcs ette trammiv\u00f5rgu tihendamist Hobujaama ning sadama piirkonnas. <\/p>\n<p>Tallinna abilinnapea Andrei Novikovi s\u00f5nul on linnasiseste liikumisv\u00f5imaluste kasv erinevate transpordikeskuste vahel m\u00e4rgiline samm nii kohalikul kui rahvusvahelisel areenil. Antud juhul saavad omavahel \u00fchendatud kolm olulist transpordikeskust \u2013 Tallinna lennujaam, \u00dclemiste reisiterminal ja Tallinna Vanasadam. \u201cTasuvusanal\u00fc\u00fcsis esitatud t\u00f5husaima lahenduse suurim v\u00e4\u00e4rtus on linna olemasoleva trammiv\u00f5rgu v\u00f5imaluste t\u00e4iendamine ja uute v\u00f5imaluste loomine. Sealjuures arvestab lahendus v\u00f5imalikult palju t\u00e4nase trammiv\u00f5rgu struktuuriga,\u201d \u00fctleb ta.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinna Sadama juhatuse esimees Valdo Kalm leiab, et trammi toomine sadamasse on ainu\u00f5ige otsus. \u201eTallinna Vanasadama kaudu liigub aastas \u00fcle k\u00fcmne miljoni inimese, kellest valdava enamuse soov on kiiresti ja mugavalt sadamast linnas\u00fcdamesse j\u00f5uda. Lisaks loob tulevane trammi\u00fchendus lennujaamaga v\u00f5imalusi uute turismivoogude tekkimiseks,\u201c m\u00e4rgib ta. <\/p>\n<p>Trammiliini laiendamine \u00dclemiste reisiterminalist Vanasadamani peaks eesk\u00e4tt r\u00f5\u00f5mustama reisijaid, kes kasutavad laevaliiklust. Uue trammipeatuse asukoht on planeeritud 200m kaugusele sadama terminalide ustest. Sealjuures on arvestatud jalak\u00e4ijate silla lisandumisega, mis ehitatakse \u00fcle Admiraliteedi basseini kanali. \u201eTrammi\u00fchendus kesklinnaga on oluline ka Vanasadamasse uue avaliku linnaruumi loomisel,\u201c lisas Kalm.<\/p>\n<p>Majandus- ja taristuminister Kadri Simsoni s\u00f5nul aitab sellise \u00fchenduse loomine kaasa keskkonnas\u00f5braliku \u00fchistranspordi arendamisele ning Tallinna-sisesele liikuvusele. \u201eRail Baltica ei ole ainult raudtee rajamine, vaid projektiga on v\u00f5imalik muuta ka Tallinna linnakeskkonda mugavamaks. Edasi tuleb arutada Tallinna linnavalitsusega, millisel viisil trammiliin teostatakse, kuid juba praegu on Rail Baltica projektis ette n\u00e4htud vahendid trammiliini pikenduse eelprojekti koostamiseks,\u201c \u00fctles minister. <\/p>\n<p>Projekti teostamine l\u00e4heks umbkaudu maksma 26 miljonit eurot.
