Anri Leimanis is a corporate governance expert with more than 20 years experience and serves on the Supervisory Board as an independent member.
Anri Leimanis also serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons (LMT), leading telecoms operator in Latvia. As part of his community service activities, Anri Leimanis chairs Latvia’s PPP Association and actively participates in the work of number of other NGOs.
Before that, Anri Leimanis has occupied several management positions at Lattelecom Group companies. For 13 years he served as Chairman of the Management Board of the First Closed Pension Fund.
Anri Leimanis holds LL.M. degree in Transnational Business Law from University of the Pacific, California and MBA degree from Riga Business School, Latvia. He has completed international board member education program presented by Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and performed a corporate governance research program at St John’s College, University of Oxford.
