“RB Rail AS has achieved overall competitive prices for the requested services. At the same time, we maintained the required quality levels of the services by giving significant weight to quality in the evaluation criteria. With the help of active promotion and industry mobilisation, we have managed to attract attention of international companies to Rail Baltica tenders. This in turn contributed to healthy competition and ensured that design and design supervision services for Estonia are completed within planned budget,” says Kristjan Piirsalu, RB Rail AS Chief Procurement Officer, adding that “We are grateful to all who participated in this demanding exercise and believe that it is important to provide good quality feedback to tenderers on the results.”
